I don't trust the rating system, some companies that are awful still have good ratings. For example, there's a UK skincare company called DestinationSkin, they provide lasers and facials. They are well known for being terrible, they have a lot of bad reviews and they have burned people's skin and have caused serious damage. So how they can still receive a 'good' makes no sense.
