Rejected all the genuine confirmed purchases from my store and accepted reviews from a few people who have never used my store. They were not negative reviews, but that makes no sense. Why reject all my genuine customers. Trust Pilot has such a poor reputation these days they have created an algorithm that just doesn't work. They have gone from being a completely unreliable review site to now being completely incompetent. My intention was to review them on google reviews but it looks like they have turned off their Google reviews account the cowards. this was the first review site i found for Trust pilot. They are basically refusing to be reviewed themselves yet they are a review site. You couldn't make it up.
