FRAUD COMPANY DO NOT USE!!
I'm an owner of a small business, when we were upsold the premium account from Trustpilot, I explained exactly what we needed it for and was sold on the basis of this. Their sales team promised that it could do everything we needed it too and rushed us to sign the contract. We're now 3 months down the line and we've not been able to use it at all. The only response we get from them is when they send us a bill! After speaking with a few other companies that use them, there's a general consensus that they will just ignore you if you're unhappy about anything. One company said they only get a response once a month!! It's taken nearly two weeks for anyone to get back to us. Still, they won't acknowledge that we can't use their product and we've been mis-sold and that they have a 'no cancellation policy'.
I wrote this review on their own review page and I got a generic response and asked to contact the support team. The support team just put the ticket as 'solved' and don't contact you at all, this has now happened with 3 complaints (see picture). I have contacted the legal team 10 times, my account manager, the sales manager, the legal officer and account director and radio silence. How can they get away with it?
Months have gone by and they are charging me hundreds of pounds a month and I havent used the service once. I'm now getting legal advice! DO NOT USE THEM
