Trust Pilot cannot be trusted. I had legitimate customers who posted their reviews of my service. I'm only a small business so only just about get by. Despite having five star reviews they would only start me on a 3.5 rating which they reluctantly increased to 4 stars when i emailed to ask why? All reviews were by genuine customers who were delighted with the personal pet care service i had provided. They then removed two legitimate reviews hassling the customers who were prepared to show evidence but they never re loaded the reviews. When I raised concern they shut me down and removed all my reviews. Would never recommend them and will never write a review through them would not give even 1 star but cannot write a review on less. Most dissatisfied.
