Don’t use or pay for this so called service. It won’t install confidence just cause you problems as they allow anyone to leave negative feedback even though you can prove they’ve never used your services. Trustpolilots own guidelines state that reviews can only be left if the reviewer has actually contacted or used the products or services. They also state that the review must be within 12 months of the experience. We’ve had negative reviews left by unscrupulous people who have nothing better to do between giro payments and could prove it too. Trustpilot disallowed our complaint saying basically tough. It seems to be common practice as per the other comments left for trustpilot and their 1 star reviews. Don’t give this company a penny. Let them fold or risk ruining your business and reputation as we have.
