trust pilot is bought and paid for by the business that it reviews. i reviewed a company and only stated within the review--the company failed to contact me after I asked questions regarding a non solicited inquiry from said company.
trust pilot said the company complained and took down my review.
so your telling me you only want positive reviews and any time a company squeals because they messed up and received a negative review you automatically remove it from the user.
news flash, you keep removing reviews, then you'll only get less people reviewing. companies are following the consumer, not consumer's following the company...
