My review is based on a real experience with them. I even provided a video proving the experience and yet it wasn't accepted.
In Trustpilot you can't post any review if you didn't commit the purchase or order and be able to provide something proves that. So, in-case you ran into a scammy company and you were smart not to fall to them and tried to write a review expressing your experience and the company complained to Trustpilot about that then your review will be flagged and since you can't provide any order number then your review wont appear.
