First I was unable to access my account and when I sought support they informed me that it was 'user error' and not theirs. So I was locked out of my account for two months Then this week I received an email from the compliance team informing me that due to fraudulent behaviour, which could not be proved, they were going to open my account. So I took this opportunity to share a bad experience I had with British Gas and am still having. I rated the company a one. Submitted the review and received email saying it would be published. Then receive an email later from said Compliance team informing me that my review was being removed due to the pattern of my fraudulent review. Bottom line you are a liar and this did not happen. I have challenged the Compliance team and they keep sending me the same email, as starting to think the Compliance team is one robot spitting out the same rubbish. I have complained quite strongly telling them that I am no liar and as a company they are completely untrustworthy.
