Absolutely shocking service, I have had a pretty bad experience with an insurance company in regards to car Insurance. I have put a review up about them and they have asked trustpoilot to remove said review! Trust pilot have emailed me on the 5th of Feb asking for proof of a buying experience I've had with said car insurance, iv sent my policy was was due to start in two weeks. They say up to one week to investigate. Investigate what exactly? The same day trustpoilot removed the review and emailed me for proof, I replied with in hours with proof but now they won't respond to me and won't reinstate my review!! They are definitely in the pocket of certain businesses and will most certainly remove certain reviews of they don't like them. Even though my review was not rude in anyway it just said avoid performance direct car insurance brokers like the plage!!! If they are so happy to remove a genuinely proven review, then they will definitely put up false information about other businesses if the amount is large enough! Or it suits there bank account accordingly. What a joke of a company.
