Trustpilot keep allowing this company with negative reviews to report and remove the truthful negative reviews. These are reviews from people who have done multiple reviews so clearly are bots. They dont then really help customers make better choices and company's up their game. What the do is allow fake positive reviews to be posted, while removing truth negative reviews. In other words, they help customers make worst choices by allowing company's to hide their poor conduct.
