I have reported a completely false and damaging review to trustpilot . They took the review off for a few hours then put it back on and said that as far as they were concerned the review was not harmful. They told me to write to the person that wrote the fake review. Now i have to wait 5 days to see if the fake reviewer will respond. In the meantime the fake review is published for all to see ! Only then can I appeal the review. They have ignored my emails to them.They are not trustworthy. They do not check or investigate to make sure that any bad reviews are genuine.
