trustpilot is being paid by the merchants so the merchant are their customers. the are always protecting the merchants. not the consumers so trustpilot cannot be trusted.
in my case I made a ligitimate review on trustpilot site that was immediately sensored by the merchant.... it was more than 1 month ago and trustpilot is still checking if my review is compliant to their rules... I'm starting to think it will never happen... in the mean time the site is having the best possible rating....
