I reported a bad experience I had with a store and when that store reported my review to TrustPilot, it was taken out asking me to prove it. Why do I need to prove? The company should prove otherwise.
It seems that TrustPilot must be earning money from companies and they don't really care about the reviewers which is actually what gives money to the company.
I have removed my account from them as they are no longer credible to me.
