I did a representative bad rating about a Swiss bank because of a real time money transfer app which is terrible also by many other users in Switzerland.
But Trustpilot sent me an email that my rating might be not real correct because of they use a special software who tracks special ratings (bad ratings of course) and didn't post it. I sent them a feedback and explained my experience with this Swiss Bank again and told them I can proof it but they just ignored me.
For me in that case Trustpilot protecting some companies.
