this firm is such a fraud. I've been working on asking clients for reviews for years, not because I wanted to use trustpilot, but a client kindly left me a review without prompt 5 years ago. I had one review on trustpilot and I was losing business because one review looked amateur. Trustpilot refused to remove the listing, so I had no choice but to embrace the platform. It takes me ages to get reviews due to the nature of business, and these crooks have deleted over 60 genuine reviews over the past 5 years, why? Because I won't pay to access their services. They act like a mob, trying to soften people up. I've had enough of their tactics, and just refuse to acknowledge them now.
