It’s a very strange site and there is no trust about it. You post a bad review and then all of a sudden you are made out to be a liar. It’s not impossible for bad reviews, as people unfortunately can have a bad experience. It’s also strange how when a bad review is posted within hours countless good or excellent reviews are posted. I don’t think this is a true reflection and there is obviously some corrupt behaviour going on and it’s unacceptable to make someone out to be a liar. If a company’s service isn’t good and you want to leave a review you shouldn’t be penalised. The company need to take the points on board and provide better service, simple as that.
