I had the best customer service experience with a SNOW ❄ representative by the name of Brent. I reached out to let them know my device was not working properly and Brent responded within minutes with some tips to help resolve. My device is still not functioning and they offered to send me a replacement device. Already received confirmation of shipment. Best customer service ever!!
