I think the product is good. I can’t get the LED to stay on when used with any device, no matter if it’s completely charged. And the pens are frustrating to me, turn turn turn, nothing comes out, then it all comes out. Seems wasteful. And it’s also hard for me to tell how much product I have on my teeth. Not sure if others have these issues too?
