Such a ripoff. The gel blistered my lips, the LED device quit working before I got through the 3 week trial. That LED device is a gimmick that doesn't make a bit of a difference in the efficacy of the product. If I could give zero stars, that's what it deserves, but they do have a good return policy, and I received my refund within 48 hours. Customer service was of no help, and after 4 emails to them, I gave up and used the return link on the home page.
