Used the toothpaste/powder combo twice a day AFTER brushing with normal fluoride toothpaste every day for 30 days. After that time period I have to admit the very tips of my teeth were a bit whiter, however, after the 30 days, I skipped the whitening combo for ONE single day and my teeth were back to their normal off-white single color. So, do the products whiten teeth? Possibly, but does the expense and time using the product outweigh a normal $1 tube of toothpaste?
