I am very disappointed because with Mother’s Day the promotion was for all the all in one kits; by one get one for free. I placed an order with also other items and u til my surprise I didn’t receive one all in one kit for free but a toothbrush( which I ordered also but was not charged). To my understanding it was the meaning I will get an all in one kit for free but you guys gave me the toothbrush for free. If I only had ordered the all in one kit I would have had a second one for free but now I combined my order with lots of other items and you decided to give me the toothbrush for free. The advertisement was very misleading. This was the second time I placed an ordered and I am very happy with the products but I am very dissatisfied ted about this matter. I also send messages on Messenger.
