Pros and cons…I did notice whiter teeth, but it wasn’t hugely significant. I like that you don’t have to take them off eventually, but they turn into a sticky gum that takes quite a while to dissolve. Super pro that they didn’t make my gums sensitive! But they start to disintegrate immediately when they get wet, so you only have one shot to get them in the right spot. Overall I may repurchase, but I might also check to see what else is out there.
