I only came to check about my card but the ladyRakshaben Sodha sorted my query and further said that as I was very near to my overdraft limit, she could look into possibly giving me more flexibility by increasing my overdraft. She very kindly educated me digitally, I requested for 750 overdraft fm 250, and to my utter amazement, my request was successful. I was absolutely chuffed as I am going to Greece to get married and this has given me peace of mind. This lady certainly went that extra mile and gave me a memorable experience. Hats off to the lady.
