Order (#2282293) placed for standard delivery 3 days before the Christmas delivery deadline. Despite receiving an email from TShirt Studio Customer Service at 18:17 on 22/12/20, the items had not arrived yesterday (23/12/20) so I sent an email to TShirt Studio Customer Service that day.
No answer was received to the email, so today (24/12/20) I called their Customer Service number on 0333 332 1300, where I chose option 2 and was advised that I was #2 in the queue – approximately 1 minute later I was advised “Your call cannot be taken”, and to send an email to Customer Services – which I already had the day before, received no response – so had called.
What a shambles – as the delivery still hasn’t been made yet (it’s 16:43 on Christmas Eve), I take it a full refund will be making its way to me.
