Delivery is late. Ordered on the 6th of December, was told 6-9 working days. Then 8-10 working days. It should have come LATEST the 23rd. I needed it by the 24th. I was sent an email around 8pm saying that the package should have been delivered. Nothing had arrived. I put one and one together, and figured out that in the email they used the word “should” not has. This immediately raises suspicion. I figured since it’s the last day that it should arrive according to the shipping time I was given, they sent out an email making an excuse, without directly admitting to it. I would much rather appreciate if they could tell me there will be an order with my delay. I have written several emails and days have gone by with no response. I have gone to their website, and checked my order, and it claims to have been completed, yet I have received nothing, but I have paid. So either it isn’t coming and I’ve just lost my money, or it’s late, and the company is unable to respond to my emails for whatever reason. I am unable to call them as I am in Greece, and unable to call out of the country. Overall very poor performance from the company, very disappointed and do NOT recommend it at all.
