Customer service was prompt and helpful informing me that the images i had provided were low-resolution, so I could make adjustments, in the end they were OK for my requirement. Issue I had; Grandad's 60th B-day, so I ordered the Grandchildren a "Happy Birthday" photoprint T-shirt. Two size: 5-6 & One size: 4-5 Problem was the smaller size was approx. 1cm smaller, but they printed the image and writing 2/3rds smaller than the larger T-shirts, so one of the grandchildren wasn't too pleased and asked why hers was so much smaller. Couldn't understand why they did this and the next day was Easter Holidays so I didn't have time to resolve the matter.
