They emailed me very soon after ordering, giving advice regarding my image and how to make it better. I thought this was really helpful and showed a real care for the customer and for delivering the best quality items. The items arrived earlier than was stated, which was a pleasant surprise and they are absolutely brilliant! The items (3 tote bags and 2 t-shirts), are of amazing quality and look great.
