Efficient and professional service. These orders were made a few days before xmas and arrived in time as promised. One of the T.shirts had a defect (ink print was lighter than it should be) but after sending an email i was really quite impressed with the response time and the next day delivery approach to get my order to me in time! I also asked for an additional letter to be added to a fixed design with the offer of happily paying for the extra letter. This was done for me but with no extra charge. Ultimately i was very happy and impressed with the service of this company. Often (with online focussed companies) all is well until you actually need to speak to someone!
