My rating for Customer Service provided. . I purchased a t shirt off the website, which wasn't the usual t shirt brand sold or stated on their website and was smaller than expected. I emailed customer service, received a great reply, and apology, an exchanged t shirt two sizes up, was sent. Also they added a courier bag with upsized shirt. I would ensure before purchasing, you are getting the American size shirts as stated on the website. Courier and delivery for both items extremely fast, 3 business days. Would happily purchase again, product and customer service great.
