When I first received my roller blind from Tudor Blinds it was actually somone else's - wrong colour and size. Their reponse was very quick when I informed them and they sent me a replacement within days. Unfortunately the second blind that I received was also wrong but when I emailed them to let them know, they never responded. When I phoned, I was told that someone would call me back. They never did. In the end I had to change the mechanisms over with the original blind to get the chain colour that I needed; then I had to saw down the pole at the bottom to get the right size. When you've spent nearly £65 on a blind, you don't really expect to have to do that!!!
