Can only give them 4 stars, as the ordered replacement vertical blinds had hangers which did not fit my rail. It would have helped if they had made/given the size of the hanger hole on their website. To resolve the issue we brought a rail from them too, which to their credit they did double check on size, etc and did do a quick manufacture.
Will we buy from them again - YES the product is good and the service, despite my glitch, was excellent.
