Placed an order for replacement Blind vanes, they took a little longer than expected but an email to them was answered quickly explaining stock took longer to arrive, which I understand with them being based in Northern Ireland. Once they were shipped they took a couple of days to arrive and was packaged good. They actually look better than the sample I had shown to my Mother, came with everything needed to hang them and all were wrapped up well. The material looks and feel good quality and they have brightened my Mums windows up, she loves them. The only problem I had was the way they was labelled up, I had 6 packages, it would of been nice if they were labelled with the vane sizes, instead of just 20/21/25 and so on. The price was good and the communication from Paul was always quick. I would use Tudor Blinds again.
