I have ordered from you on several occasions in the past and been very pleased. However I was disappointed with my last order. The quality of the blinds were not as good as previous ones. They arrived without the pull cords that I ordered and I had to chase these up at least 3 times. The side plastic chain pulls had two joins in them which does not look very nice.
