Booked a holiday with third party that uses TUI flights
Arrived sat 22ND July to check in for flight TOM7650 only to be told that my husband and I are overspill along with 7 others. There's no room on Flight for us. So so THANKFUL to JET2 who had room on their flight for us. £546 extra which we upfront. BIG BIG BILL COMING YOUR WAY TUI. YOU DONE NOTHING TO ASSIST US AND THATS ILLEGAL
