I cannot express how disappointed I am in this product on two levels.. The quality of the floor is absolutely atrocious and particularly in the added storage area of the summer house it has virtually perished in 3 and a half years! I am having to completely replace it! Also the hardware is also nothing but a piece of junk, when I complained, they were literally aware of this and all but told me so! Considering this was not a cheap product I am furious, I bought two summer houses as gifts from my late brother to his nieces and am heartbroken as this was to be something he would have wanted them to enjoy for years!!
