Just taken delivery of my Emma Corner, I can see on this forum people are venting about how tuin say they respond in 30 minutes, yet we are in a global pandemic and quite frankly i think any goodwill of patience pays off. To hold tuin to this claim of 30 minutes given the situation we are in is very unfair and being a company owner myself, i know how hard these times are.
It did take a couple of days to get a response but I did get one, which matters. The cabin none the less is here and arrived in fantastic quality, could not be happier with the product.
