After using the basic version two years in a row I was filing my taxes and a deal for a free upgrade was offered. I participated in a Live chat with a recommended tax professional that told me that I should file my taxes as is with no help from him. That one conversation was ended up costing $80. With no other benefits than calling someone telling they can’t help I don’t recommend and is definitely not worth it.
