It's a very good site, helps manage the 100's in inquiries somewhat. They need a questionaire asking much more about the renter like HOW MANY, KIDS? HOW MANY? PETS? CARS? HOW MANY? HOUSEHOLD INCOME? BEEN EVICTED? The basics without making the renter pay for Credit Check that has NO chance of getting in. I take the answers and THEN find the few qualified , THEN credit and background check. I had to create my own TYPEFORM.COM , send answers from questions to Google SpreedSheet, here is the questions: https://form.typeform.com/to/fSfCLcKJ But this site helps me get the leads and process them and have a list of all the Apps with Emails and numbers. So overall , good, could be more advanced with the questions and managing the Considered to the non considered so you have a list of who to call that got though level once. They also push it out to a few places so leads build fast, I am a dveloper , so I can make up for what they lack.
