Wow, not sure what happened this time round. The staff vibes were great. The management team where terrible. The Lady on duty on the 7 Dec 24 at 7. 15pm was rude to us, rude to her staff. We was booked for to eat at 7. 15pm. Did not eat starter till 8.30pm. Main came out at around 9.20pm. Still waiting for desert at 10pm. Which we had to cancel because we had to go. The food was nice but never had the chance to enjoy it. We was a large party but this was pre booked. The manger never handled it properly.
