Setting up the appointment to view the property at Water Road in Reading went well; staff at Turtlehomes were polite and responsive. However, on the day, I was held up with traffic and called the office to let them know I would be a little late but I was on my way. The man I spoke with said the office closed at 2pm on Saturday and he had no access to property information to be able to call and let the vendor know. This left me thinking that I wouldn't use Turtlehomes to sell my property as weekends are the busiest times for viewings and the service that was available didn't put me in good light with the vendor. I don't like to be late and did what I could to let them know but staff at Turtlehomes were unable to pass on the message - poor show!
