Laura Woodbury-Smith, who looked after our marketing, is very professional, did everything she said she would on time and to a high standard and responded to all communications very promptly. Laura provided us with excellent guidance on setting the right price, got our advert on to all the main portals immediately and provided easy to understand statistical reports on how our advert was faring against the competition. The level of service has been absolutely fantastic and all for free to me as the landlord! I'll 100% be using Turtlehomes services again when any of my other properties come vacant. If, like me, you like conducting your own viewings and actively managing your properties I cannot recommend Turtlehomes highly enough. If you're currently paying a 5%+ finders fee with renewal, tenant referencing and contract fees to a high-street agent you are needlessly throwing £1,000s away every year. Adam Sawyer
