I wish there was a way to give this company zero stars. AVOID at all costs. They told us they would get the TV aerial moved same day and never turned up. They then said the next day before 1pm and didn’t turn up until 4pm with no communication. We paid £230 and it wasn’t done correctly. We called back to get someone to return and the engineer keeps pretending he doesn’t know what we are talking about. The office are unapologetic and unorganised. It’s now been almost a week and the problem is not fixed, we get lied to daily. On top of the terrible service, everyone we have spoken to are very rude to us. Can’t say this enough.. AVOID!
