my son who is a new homeowner booked TV Aerial Co to fix a television to the wall and I attended as he was at work. Told my engineer that it was not a straightforward job and it would cost £250. with hindsight, I should have seen him off the premises but I knew my son wanted the job doing so went ahead. Ten minutes later the job was done and then charged 20% VAT on top to add insult to injury. We have since asked them for a breakdown of their charges and how they justified this extortionate price for such a quick job and they have literally shrugged their shoulders. Avoid this company at all cost
