When we acquired our first STR property a couple months ago, we didn’t know what we were in for. We weren’t really sure how to design our property to make it “Airbnb friendly,” and after reading some articles on how design can make or break your STR, we were starting to freak out a bit. Luckily, a friend recommended Superhost Labs to us. Superhost Labs was quick and efficient, which allowed us to launch a few weeks earlier than we even anticipated! So far, their property management team has been amazing as well and we’re making more than we even expected. Nice for a change! We’re actually saving up to try their Airbnb in a Box program for our second STR to take away the stress of actually having to look for our own Airbnb. Highly recommend!
