The whole reason I started investing into STRs in the first place was to become financially independent, quit my day job, and have more time with my wife and kids. I currently have six STRs, and my first five deliver about 10% CoC on average, which is great. But, the amount of time it took to find each property and go through the acquisition process, stage the property, and get the listing ready on Airbnb took all of my time. But my sixth property that I purchased with them is trending nearly double my own. If there’s any feedback, it would be to 100% use them for management. I can’t imagine not doing so lol. They make it easy!
