Overall, really happy! Returns have been phenomenal, the team is great, and their knowledge of real estate in the areas where they invest has been extremely impressive. I’ve been investing with them for a few years now and I’ve done several different projects that have all performed well. So well that I sold some of my rentals in the Midwest and invested most of my profits here. I’m getting similar or better returns than I was with my rentals and I literally don’t have to do anything. It’s been really great!
