This is my second order from TW. Both times had been a trowel order, and it’s been perfect every time. I’m already a bit weary about ordering a trowel online, in case it turns up bent. Both times they have been very well packaged and in perfect condition. This time round the actual trowel box was a bit squashed, so would be nice to see some “fragile” tape marking the box, just to be on the safe side. Bit other than that I have no complaints, and TW will continue to be my go to.
