My item said it was delivered and signed for when no one was at the property.
After calling tw in regards it has come to the rigmarole of having to prove through my work that I wasn't home and didn't sign for the item.
Tw told me they were stuck in the middle and didn't want to be out of pocket . As it stands the I the customer am out of pocket .
I have a signed letter and will be sending it to TW now.
Not very impressed and reluctant to order again 🙄
