Postage was fast as the item was delivered the next day. The choice of tools was good, including the specialised tool I needed. The website was difficult to look at and the checkout process was dire. There is no provision made for overseas customers who want to purchase tools or gifts for UK residents, unacceptable in this online shopping age.
