Takes a week or more to hear back. The only way to contact them is via messenger and email (you cannot get a person on the phone as they do not publish their number intentionally, or they hide it well). They have issues applying manufacturer's coupons too. Lastly, I received an email my prescription would be delivered in 2-3 business days and it is going on 7. I emailed and sent a message about this (due to no phone number being available to call), and I received an auto-reply that they will "usually" respond in "under a week" (which is a lie, far from it - was over 2 weeks the last time I contacted them).
